Feldenkrais Breathing Exercise
Simply look with your eyes in a direction before rotating your neck and head in the same direction. The goal is to fire the deepest muscles of spinal stabilization first. This can be practiced while walking, sitting, or standing. Repetitive use of this technique will increase spinal stability.
